After checkout, your order and shipping updates are sent to the email address used at checkout. Here is how to follow your order from confirmation to delivery.

When your order ships, you will receive a separate email with a tracking link if tracking is available. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to begin updating after the carrier receives the package, so an early 'label created' status is normal.
Most ready-to-ship pieces are prepared within 1–3 business days, with standard U.S. delivery estimated at 2–5 business days after carrier acceptance. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
Please check around your delivery area, with household members, and with building staff, and allow up to 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark a package delivered slightly early. If it still has not arrived, contact us so we can help review the issue.
