Returns & Exchanges

Effective May 12, 2026. Each OSTONE bracelet is a small-batch or one-of-one piece. We keep returns clear and limited so every customer understands the terms before purchase.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To start a return, email info@ostoneshop.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without return approval may not be accepted.

Eligible condition

To be eligible, the bracelet must be unworn, unused, unaltered, clean, and returned with its original pouch, box, tags, cards, and any included packaging. Items damaged after delivery, worn, altered, or missing original materials are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

Return shipping

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any optional shipping insurance. We recommend using a trackable service. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing times may vary by payment provider. Shipping fees, gift wrap fees, and other non-product charges are not refunded unless required by law.

Final sale and non-returnable items

Resized, personalized, repaired, altered, special-order, final-sale, gift card, and digital items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description. A one-of-one bracelet is not automatically final sale unless the product page or checkout clearly says so.

Exchanges

Because many bracelets are one of one, we usually cannot exchange for the same item. If you want a different piece, the practical process is to return the eligible item and place a new order for the new piece while it is still available.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact info@ostoneshop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. This return policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped. If we approve a cancellation before shipment, we will refund the canceled order to the original payment method.
