Shipping & Delivery

Effective May 12, 2026. OSTONE ships from Seattle, Washington. This policy explains how we process, ship, and support U.S. orders.

Processing time

Most ready-to-ship bracelets are prepared within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. If a product page lists a different processing time, the product page controls.

U.S. delivery

Standard U.S. delivery is estimated at 2-5 business days after carrier acceptance. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier volume, weather, address issues, holidays, or events outside our control.

Shipping rates

For launch, OSTONE intends to offer complimentary standard U.S. shipping on bracelet orders unless a different shipping option or promotion is shown at checkout. Any available paid upgrade, applicable sales tax, or shipping charge will be shown before you place the order.

Shipping address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is submitted. If an order is returned because of an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping cost unless the error was ours.

Tracking and delivery issues

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link if tracking is available. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, check the delivery area, household members, building staff, and the carrier first, then contact us so we can help review the issue.

Shipping delays

We only advertise shipping timelines that we reasonably expect to meet. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will contact you with a revised estimate and, when required by law, give you the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund before shipment.

Lost or damaged packages

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its product description, contact us at info@ostoneshop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a legally appropriate solution.

International shipping

OSTONE is preparing for U.S. sales first. International shipping is not available yet. When it becomes available, any applicable import taxes or duties will be explained here before you order.
