Is every bracelet unique?

Many OSTONE bracelets are one-of-one pieces with inventory quantity of one. Natural stones vary, so the exact piece shown on the product page is the piece the customer should expect unless the product page says otherwise.

Are the stones natural?

OSTONE bracelets use natural stones unless a product page clearly states a material is dyed, stabilized, reconstituted, or man-made. Because the stones are natural, color, pattern, banding, and small inclusions vary from piece to piece. These natural variations are part of the product and are not flaws.

Will it look exactly like the photo?

Each one-of-one piece is photographed as the exact bracelet you will receive. Screen settings and lighting can affect how color appears, and natural stones have their own variation, so small differences between your screen and the real piece are normal.

Can a sold-out piece be restocked?

Usually no. We may create a similar design later, but natural bead texture and composition will not be identical.

How do I choose a size?

Measure your wrist snugly with a soft tape, then compare it with the wrist size shown on the product page. If you are between sizes or buying a gift, contact us before ordering.

Which wrist should I wear it on?

There is no rule — wear your bracelet on whichever wrist feels most comfortable. Many people choose their non-dominant wrist to reduce wear and bumps during daily activity. This is a personal styling preference, not a requirement.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from Seattle, Washington. Most ready-to-ship pieces are prepared within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Can I return a bracelet?

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery if the item is eligible, unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned with original packaging. Resized, personalized, special-order, final-sale, gift card, and digital items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order enters fulfillment or ships.

Do you support gifts?

Yes. OSTONE is designed for gift shopping. You can add a gift note when available. Keep the recipient wrist size in mind because many pieces are one of one.

Are crystal meanings guaranteed?

No. Crystal meanings are symbolic and cultural notes only. They are not medical, mental health, financial, or guaranteed life outcomes.

Do I need to cleanse or charge my crystals?

This is entirely optional and personal. Some people like to refresh their crystals with practices such as moonlight, sound, or smoke as part of a personal ritual. If you choose to do this, treat it as a personal preference only, and avoid water, salt, or direct sunlight unless you are sure the specific stone and bracelet construction can tolerate it. Some stones can fade or be damaged. These practices are cultural and symbolic, not a product function or a promised result.

How should I care for a bracelet?

Avoid water, perfume, lotion, sweat, chemicals, and impact. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth and store separately to reduce scratching.

Can I shower or swim with my bracelet?

We recommend taking it off first. Water, soap, chlorine, saltwater, hot tubs, perfume, lotion, and sweat can dull some natural stones and weaken cord or elastic over time. Put your bracelet on after skincare and fragrance have dried, and remove it before showering, swimming, sleeping, or exercising.

What if my bracelet breaks or a bead is damaged?

Stop wearing the piece and email info@ostoneshop.com with your order number and clear photos. If it arrived damaged or defective, see our Returns & Exchanges policy. For wear over time, we will let you know what repair options may be possible, though repairs can be limited because many pieces are one of one.
