Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order if payment fails, fraud is suspected, inventory is unavailable, a listing error occurred, shipping is not available, or we are otherwise unable to fulfill the order. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund for the canceled item.

Natural crystals vary in color, pattern, translucency, inclusion, surface texture, and bead shape. Photos are edited to show the piece clearly, but screen settings and lighting can affect color. Small natural variations are part of the product and are not defects.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless checkout shows otherwise. We may update prices, product descriptions, promotions, and availability at any time before an order is placed. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively unless we choose to make an exception.

Many OSTONE bracelets have a quantity of one. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. A piece is only secured after checkout is completed and the order is accepted.

Payment is processed through Shopify and supported payment providers. Taxes are calculated according to applicable rules and the shipping address. We do not store full credit card numbers on our own theme files.

OSTONE products are jewelry and personal accessories. Crystal meanings, energy language, and intention notes are symbolic and not guaranteed outcomes. Do not rely on a product description as medical, mental health, legal, financial, or professional advice.

OSTONE names, logos, photos, copy, designs, and site content are owned by or licensed to OSTONE. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use them commercially without written permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, OSTONE is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use or product purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to website use after it is posted, and the policies shown at checkout apply to the order placed at that time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
